MORNING FANTASY REPORT — SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2026

WEEK 4: FINAL LINEUP WEEKEND

Sunday begins with Colts vs. Commanders in London at 9:30 a.m. ET. Set any early-window players before bed tonight.

TOP INJURY NEWS

  • De’Von Achane — Torn ACL, season-ending
Action: Move Achane to IR where eligible. Add or bid on Miami’s next-man-up RB if he is available. Expect a more uncertain Miami rushing attack this week.

  • Jayden Daniels — OUT, left elbow
Action: Bench Daniels in all standard one-QB leagues. Downgrade Washington’s receivers and consider the Colts D/ST where available.

  • Justin Jefferson — Ankle, missed practice
Action: High-priority Sunday inactive check. If you start him, keep a later-game WR/RB replacement available.

  • Puka Nacua — Hip, expected to play
Action: Expected to return against Philadelphia. Start if active in most formats, but recognize Rams–Eagles is not projected as a high-scoring game.

  • Terry McLaurin — Hamstring, questionable
Action: Monitor until official inactives. The Daniels injury adds significant risk to McLaurin’s floor.

  • Zay Flowers — Hamstring, questionable
Action: Check Sunday status before locking him in. Keep a late-game replacement ready.

  • Caleb Williams — OUT, hamstring
Action: Bench Williams. Downgrade Chicago’s entire passing attack.

BEST GAME ENVIRONMENTS

  1. Jaguars at Bengals — 51.5 total
Best projected scoring environment of the main slate. Favor healthy skill-position starters and upside flex plays.

  2. Colts vs. Commanders — 48.5 total
London game at 9:30 a.m. ET. Washington is without Jayden Daniels, changing the outlook for its receivers and offense.

  3. Patriots at Bills — 48.5 total
Buffalo fantasy starters remain attractive, though the Bills being favored by 7 creates some possible second-half game-script risk.

  4. Cowboys at Texans — 48.5 total
A strong target for ceiling-based WR and flex decisions.

  5. Chiefs at Raiders — 47.5 total
Good late-afternoon window. Kansas City is favored by 4.5 points.

LOWER-SCORING GAMES TO AVOID

  • Packers at Buccaneers — 38.5 total
Avoid fringe WR3s, touchdown-dependent tight ends, and unclear backfield committees where possible.

  • Dolphins at Vikings — 38.5 total
Miami is a 10.5-point underdog and without Achane. Lower expectations for secondary Dolphins options.

  • Rams at Eagles — 42.5 total
Puka Nacua’s return helps, but this is not an automatic shootout.

  • Titans at Ravens — 42.5 total
Ravens starters are attractive as 11.5-point favorites. Tennessee skill players carry game-script risk if Baltimore gets ahead early.

LINEUP CHECKLIST

  • Lock in Colts and Commanders players before the 9:30 a.m. ET London kickoff.

  • Keep lineup flexibility for questionable players. Do not use your FLEX spot early if you may need to replace Jefferson, McLaurin, Flowers, or another late-window player.

  • Replace Achane based on role, not brand name. Prioritize touches, pass-game work, and goal-line role in Miami’s backfield.

  • Stream D/ST against backup-QB situations. Washington without Daniels and Chicago without Caleb Williams are the clearest spots to investigate.

  • Break close flex decisions toward players in Jaguars–Bengals, Patriots–Bills, Cowboys–Texans, or Chiefs–Raiders.

  • Break close sit/start decisions away from Packers–Buccaneers and Dolphins–Vikings.
